S035 LAKE COUNTRY SATIN CASIMIR – S1152876
Casimir is 15 times linebred on some of the best of GCH ++*B Perfection Snolan. The perfect teat placement, high, wide rear udder, smooth fore udder and medial suspensory ligament of Casimir’s dam, GCH Lake Country Sunrise Cabernet 8*M 7-05 92 (EEEE), make her mammary exceptional. I expect that this young buck will help Saanen udders. The butterfat is high in the line and could help the solids in milk production of Saanens.
His sire, *B Lake Country Opus Satin Touch 3-04 87 (VVE), is the full brother to GCH Lake Country Opus Satinique 10*M 5-06 93 (EEEE), one of the finest animals I have ever bred. She was the 1st place Two Year-Old and the 1st place Udder at the 1998 ADGA National Show. His sire’s dam, Lake Country Xcitable Satinique 9*M, was the 1st place Produce-Of-Dam at the 1998 National Show.
This breeding is classic Lake Country, there is really good consistency in the line and should work well with a diverse gene pool. Casimir’s daughter, SG Klisse’s LCSC IntegrityOfHope 5*M, was 16th place at the 2005 ADGA Nationals in the ridiculously large Two Year-Old class and was the 4th place Senior Kid at the 2003 ADGA Nationals; Klisse’s LCSC Magic Of Hope 2-06 87 (VVEV) and Klisse’s LCSC Mirage Of Hope 2-06 88 (VEVV), have gone Reserve Junior Champion several times each. Another daughter, Klisse’s LCSC Honor Of Hope linear appraised 0-05 V (+EE). Daughter, Willow Lane Cassie 1-01 161 870 3.6 31 3.0 26, was shown three times in 2002 and was 3x1st, 1xGrand Champion and 1xBest Junior Doe-In-Show, while another daughter, Willow Lane Amelia 2*M, has a milk record of 2-11 305 2,940 3.8 111 2.6 77. ~ Kim Olson
